Hello! I’m Stefani, a Florida native with a lifelong passion for travel, photography, and learning about the world. Ever since I was a child, I’ve dreamed of exploring far-off places and uncovering the beauty and stories hidden in every corner of the globe. Though my high school self fantasized about studying climatology at the University of Tasmania (inspired by a romance novel, of all things), life took me on a different path—one still filled with adventure, curiosity, and a deep love of learning.

How It All Started

My first camera was a hand-me-down from my father, gifted to me when I began exploring the world around me. While traveling domestically, I wanted to capture rare and beautiful moments, but I often found myself falling short of the magic I saw in front of me. Everything changed when I took a trip to Greece and joined an Airbnb photography experience. It was there that I met a wonderful photographer who became a mentor and helped me understand the art of taking truly great photos.

A Transformative Journey

The turning point in my journey came during the COVID-19 pandemic. While working remotely, I faced a wave of depression from being unable to explore—but it was also my first time having the flexibility to travel. This newfound freedom led me to join Remote Year (RY), where I spent four months abroad visiting four different countries. It was during this time that I truly discovered myself. Immersing myself in local cultures, meeting everyday people, and witnessing the extraordinary beauty of the world brought me a sense of joy and purpose I had never experienced before. I even cried when it was time to return home.

Why I Do What I Do

Today, I travel to connect with the world and the people in it. Whether I’m capturing cityscapes, nature’s wonders, or cultural moments, I strive to showcase the beauty I see and inspire others to explore and embrace life’s adventures. Through my blog, I aim to share stories, tips, and photography that transport you to the heart of each destination and ignite your own wanderlust.
